Sara Lynch is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Ohio. She has experience working with couples and individuals ranging in age from early adolescence to older adulthood. Sara has a passion for coming alongside clients who are struggling with relationship and self-worth issues, as well as treating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, and grief.

Sara is also certified in spiritual direction and offers a welcoming, inclusive, and safe space for clients to share openly about whatever they may be wrestling with.
