Nikki is passionate about creating a supportive, respectful space where individuals can explore their mental health and substance use concerns without fear of judgment. She works with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and addiction. Nikki has experience across many levels of care, including inpatient psychiatric treatment, detox and residential addiction programs, community-based services, and outpatient therapy.
When working together, clients’ experiences, values, and personal goals are honored and respected. Nikki believes therapy works best as a collaborative process and is committed to actively involving clients in their own treatment while helping them better understand their mental health and develop skills that feel realistic and sustainable for their lives.
Nikki strives to meet clients exactly where they are and to walk alongside them as they move through healing and growth. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, inclusive care and to creating a space where clients can show up as their authentic selves. Her hope is to support individuals in building coping tools, strengthening insight, and creating lives that feel meaningful.
