Lisa Koné, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings warmth, authenticity, and cultural humility into every therapeutic space. She works with individuals navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and the impact of trauma. Lisa believes that healing happens best in a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected - without judgment and without pressure to have everything figured out. Lisa has experience working in community mental health and outpatient settings, supporting clients across a wide range of life circumstances. Her work is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, with an emphasis on emotional safety, self-awareness, and empowerment. She supports clients as they explore patterns, build healthier coping skills, and reconnect with their sense of self. She is especially passionate about working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity development, and relationship concerns. She also has experience supporting clients dealing with grief, stress, and challenges related to family dynamics. Lisa values authenticity and believes therapy should feel collaborative rather than clinical or intimidating. She works to meet clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences while helping them move toward growth, clarity, and emotional stability.
