Emma Matthews is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has experience working in multiple settings including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. Emma is most passionate about serving young adults as they navigate life transitions. She is similarly passionate about treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Emma believes that having the space to investigate your thoughts, feelings and behaviors can create incredible opportunities for growth and healing. Emma’s goal is to provide an environment that allows each client to identify their strengths and build on them to work toward change and personal growth. Emma will support you through the process of reflection and exploration, and encourage you as you continue developing the strengths and skills that will empower you to reinvest in your best self.
