Danika Brissett, LISW (Clinician)

Danika is a Licensed Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, teens, families, and couples. She specializes in working with adolescents who are struggling with depression and anxiety, helping them better understand their emotions, build healthy coping skills, and develop confidence in themselves.

Her work is grounded in trauma-informed care, and she uses a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based approach to treatment. She also has experience working with couples, helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their emotional connection in a supportive and respectful space.

She believes that healing begins with feeling safe, heard, and valued. With her clients, she focuses on identifying strengths, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and building resilience. She is passionate about helping clients feel empowered, understood, and hopeful as they move toward emotional well-being and healthier relationships
